Then Get Up Close Get right up on the leak, the crack, the damage, wherever the problem actually is. The close-up is what tells Jacob the most.
Turn on the Lights Turn on everything in the room. Use your phone flashlight in dark spots. Dark or blurry photos slow everything down.
Show the Size Put your hand or a tape measure in the frame. Jacob needs a reference to know how big the area actually is.
